INSTALLATION SERVICE

If you are within our current Appliance Team area our engineers will deliver, unpack and install (including blanking off your hot tap) new appliances.

All the help and advice that we offer is with safety in mind.

We do not recommend removing any panels from any appliance.

Please be aware that it is possible to receive an electric shock from an appliance even when it has been unplugged.

Water and electricity do not mix and you should be aware of the following dangers:

  • Risk of electrocution
  • Flooding
  • Back injury and strains due to incorrect lifting/ handling

    • Do not take any risks and if in any doubt call a qualified engineer who has the experience, knowledge and correct equipment.

If you need attention to a gas appliance, please contact a
"Gas Safe" registered engineer.

We do not repair frost-free freezers/ fridge-freezers.

We do not carry out regassing or compressor work on refrigeration, as we do not feel that this is an economical repair.
